Excellent realtor. I cannot be more thankful with Bernie. He did an incredible job by putting all his effort into renting our apartment to a great tenant. He helped us to relieve stress in finding the most suitable tenant for us. What we loved the most was that he was helping us rent our house as if it was his house by making sure all details were covered perfectly. His service was fantastic and was always a phone call away anytime we needed him.

Our purchase and sale were no easy tasks, especially in the summer of 2022! Bernie made them happen, and was with us at every step through staging, showings, and eventual closings. We cannot thank Bernie enough for answering all our questions, and being the energy we needed during that stressful and busy time. He was always a phone call and/or email away!

The events of the last 2 ½ weeks are really amazing. When Rivkah and I reached out to Bernie on Friday the 25th of February, we were just trying to get Bernie to ‘validate’ our decision to sell the house privately at a price that we thought reflected fair value for our property. We were totally ready to accept the Offer that we had in hand. You came by later that day and looked the house over and told us that you felt that we would likely get more money- even after commission- by listing with you and relying on your marketing and negotiating skills. To your credit, you didn’t throw a number out or make any promises. We realized that the market could change overnight and that our house was quite unique. What ‘sold us’ to list with you was when we told you that we were leaving for Israel on the 10th (and that we weren’t thrilled with getting the house ready for showings). You told us that you could get the house listed before we leave to Israel and that the house could very well be sold while we were away (which is indeed what ended up happening). We finally committed to you (a few days after we met). You then got to work quickly- arranging the painter to come by for the touch-ups within 2 days (it would have taken us weeks to arrange a painter). Arranging the staging was a master stroke! We realized that our furniture may not be very appealing to young families. The furniture and accessories gave the house a much more modern appearance (and that’s besides your idea of converting one of our many bedrooms into a den/family room). And, within 4 days of the listing going live (and still at the early part of our short trip to Israel)- you started sending us the Offers. It seemed that you had a knack of knowing how much you could push the other brokers into raising their bids- and of course, in knowing what we were expecting to net. Well, our net is in excess of $100,000 more (after commission) than what we were ready to accept from the private buyer! Needless to say, we are thrilled! Thanks again David- you and Bernie were great!
